A consortium of teams located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Uganda, Uruguay, et. al. involved in the planting, harvesting and manufacturing of industrial hemp, where there is synchronicity in communications, equipment manufacturing, market penetration and one mindedness in caring for our employee stakeholders and their families.

To manufacture premier quality products at reasonable and fair prices that will replace plastics, building materials, wood flooring, car batteries, diapers and sanitary products, to containers that hold food, liquid, cosmetic or small products, to name a few. Our business model is an ESOP (employee stock owned plan). We are of the opinion that it is the employees that keep a business humming, and it is the employees who deserve a living wage and investment in the company they help build and run efficiently

Products manufactured by Innovative Component Association member teams will be, quite frankly, “innovative,” from design, through to formulation of the ingredients to produce each product for need and use by consumers and industrial buyers.
